Available Rats

PLEASE NOTE: Many of our rats are bonded to a buddy or living in small groups. We're exploring the best methods of highlighting this. If you are interested in potentially adopting a rat that is bonded to another rat, please bear in mind that you will be expected to adopt the bonded pair/group. We will not split bonded groups. To facilitate the process, please submit your application to ALL the rats in the group you are interested in! All you need to do is click into each of the rats in the bonded group and then click on apply and send in your application.

This section of our site contains rats that are currently ready and available for adoption! Please check back often as animal statuses are regularly being updated since rats that come into our care are held for a mandatory 2 week quarantine before being placed up for adoption. Please also note that we accept multiple applications for each rat group.

** Please remember that we are located in the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California and you will need to be able to pick up your rats from us in this area. **

If you have any questions about a specific rat, or for any general questions, please feel free to contact us.

Also, check out Facebook and Instagram for updates on NEW rats, available rats, sanctuary rats, and stories about rats that have been adopted.

Happy Tails

If you have adopted rats from Rattie Ratz, please send us photos and an update so we can publish that here!!
